How to Deal With Anxiety and ADHD

The most powerful thing that I've learned in terms of my anxiety is that when I've got it just walk away from the things that are going to make it worse and it will pass. If you struggle with anxiety start to learn to accept that if you can't do something because of your anxiety it's okay don't chastise yourself for not being able to go or meet up with people who you normally would be able to. For me it's okay to sit on a bean bag in the bedroom watching cartoons and eating sweets because that's the only place that I feel safe now.
