How to Stick to Your Routines After Having Kids
I've been preaching this whole like just put in the time you have patience keep at it. Do the hard work day in day out and it will pay off for you. The same advice should also apply to getting in shape right. I think I got lucky enough where I instilled such a strict routine in for myself in like the three years before we had kids. It's really easy at this point when you have a child to just say man we are tired yeah maybe let's just do it tomorrow.
