We've had really a similar experience over the last couple of years to what you described, I think the processes were highly competitive and diligence timelines were compressed. Looking ahead and looking into this year, we're seeing the same general trend as you. In my view, we're getting back towards a more normal type of process dynamic, generally, and deal timeline. The one potential caveat is for some of those truly A-plus companies that I mentioned earlier. That may be where the end market or the industry is not exposed to the cycle.
