Is Your Organization More Diverse Than You Think?

There's an easy metric with respect to inclusion. As an executive, you can go round feeling like, i've figured it all out. But you actually have no idea how diverse your organization is. I think we are way too sloppy in how we use words like fit. We need to be explicitb what we mean by that or else risk really sublimating people's personalities and making them feel like they can't be safe in anyway. So the next thing for us as a society is very queer - more than half of upcoming generations will identify themselves as gender fluid. And so  what we grew up with which was a lot of binary doesn't even occur to our current generation anymore
