New Zealand's Emissions Reduction Plan Is Designed to Meet Commitments in the Paris Agreement

Under the emissions reduction plan, New Zealand is targeting a 41% cut to transport emissions by 2035. Welsh says spending most of the transport budget on roads wouldn't cut it when it comes to hitting that goal.
