How to Invent an Invention
It's got to be an invention susceptible of industrial. And then also the invention must involve an inventive step. It can't be obvious, right? So if you've got someone that's knowledgeable in the field and you show it to them and they're like, yeah, no, no, this is obvious. But if it's got an inventive step, it can't be. You've got to have like figured something out that is maybe bringing together information that isn't just sort of already laid out, right? Does that make sense to you? Yeah. A bicycle with a third wheel would probably not be patentable, right? "I'm going to try," he tells us.
