Is There Something That Needs to Be Focused?
In some sense, that kind of liturgy focuses us when our minds are wandering. And I think this is the kind of thing that especially growing up in Pentecostal or evangelical spaces that had much more performed, performative experiential services. We didn't know what was going on and there's something that needed to focus us. Um, and I'm hoping to have a podcast with some friends soon.
