What Does Whistle Mean?
Luke was swimming in 10 foot waves when he heard a whistle. The lifeguard gave him his flirty floor and they got back to the shore. Luke later found out that many people have died doing the same thing this year. He is now more relaxed about what happened, but still feels 'horrific'
