The History of Airline Non Smoking
The first airline to create a non smoking section was United Airlines in 1971. Origny air services who banned smoking entirely in 1977. It's an airline based out of the channel islands off the coast of France between France and England. So they get the footnote in history as being the first airline to entirely ban smoking.
