When was the first time you felt like the work you were doing made an impact on somebody and it hit you at a deep level? 1977 in a canoe, north of Toronto, and then in a provincial park. I was a canoeing instructor canoeing. At a young woman who was 14, was in the other canoe. And we spent half an hour together and she never punched anybody ever again.
