Carbon Co-op is a group that advises people on how to reduce carbon emissions in their homes. Nick wanted to check out the state of his insulation at home, so I've arranged a virtual visit with someone from Carbon Co-op. A heat pump will run at its most efficient when you have good insulation, so you can keep as much of that heat inside as possible. Buying one can set you back without grant four or five times as much as a new gas boiler - but it could be a real game changer.
