The Importance of Limiting Alcohol

Alcohol is a neurotoxin. It has a direct imprint on your health and your daily performance. I used to really enjoy having a beer, maybe two sometimes, most nights with dinner. But I've completely removed that as a habit. There are some fantastic non-alcoholic replacements that allow me to have the ritual, but without the alcohol. So, throughout the week, I just effectively never consume alcohol. And the imprint of that has been much better quality sleep and showing up with better cognitive function in the day.
