Did the Shift to Remote Work Really Have an Impact on Productivity?
The shift to remote work actually did not impact develop productivity. Companies who had made investments in sophisticated and advanced developer tools, that had unified developer tools across the organization saw a parody in develope productivity between remote developed productivity and imperson developer productivity. Those who were laggard sapisly saw a decrease and develop a productivity. But even more importantlyat what they also saw is that the buck rate went up at 50 %.
