The Importance of One to One Conversations
I think that because of my culture, I guess like we have more deal approach that can be a bit more complicated for me to edit. Usually when we have people like we are very aware that if they, the things like neither we want to them making like feel like they cannot speak up or say what is out of their mind. So we avoid those kind of like little approach that is more usually now a confrontation is now very welcome in Scandinavia. It's now is now is uncomfortable and people don't like it.
