The Status Quo of the Pakistan-India Ceasefire
Ceasefire was signed in 2003 which agreed that there will be a cessation of hostilities on the border. But after this, violence has increased substantially and now it's just no holds well. More ceasefire violations means more infiltration can happen and then the terrorism in Delhi can again rise. The advantage being that out of the three options that I mentioned earlier, this is the only option which probably puts a lid on the subconventional zone where Pakistan was operating.
