Is It Good to Chill?

I always think about my chill time as the time where my brain like gets to percolate in the background. And a lot of good thoughts come out of that. What I like about meditation, especially guided meditation, is that it forces me to not think in those moments. It changes things and it's helpful. We've talked about it like when driving. For instance, yes. Oftentimes when I'm driving a certain times of the year what I do a lot of driving and I'm going someplace during hunting season and driving up to the club. Just kind of getting on autopilot but thinking. Yeah. That would be a good episode.
