Half of people aged 60 to 75 surveyed said they planned to work part-time in retirement. 12% said they never planned to stop working, which is an increase from 6% in 2019. By making intentional shifts toward fulfilling work earlier in life, you are less likely to hit traditional retirement age and feel disappointed if you slogged it out for 30 years doing something you didn't like.
