What Is Motor Imagery and Not Visualization?

As a golfer I want to feel the kinesthetic experiences that I want throughout the swing. What we do is integrate different sensory experiences to enhance this kind of mental rehearsal and that's what we refer to as motor imagery. So for example when you are running adding the sound and the feedback that you would get from a footstep and a footstroke can give you an idea of the lord, the movement and the feeling in the muscles.
