Post concussion cindrom is a term that refers to people wo have symptoms for longer than expected. It used to be a clinical diagnosis, and we've actually phased the term out because of what i just kind of talked about. The other thing that really helped me was learning that some people experience depression as a neurological side effect of a concussion. To preserve your precious energy, literally the glicagen your brain needs to heal, it depresses you. Your brain wants you to stay in bed and feel like nothing is doing until it heals. When a concussion is healed, those feelings go away. So if you're feeling alittle weird or down or funky after a concussion, don't fight
