How to Reduce Risk of Injury While Running

A good rule of thumb for a lot of people is don't increase running mileage more than 10% week over week. I've also found that by slowly increasing running volume, it allows your body to just fall into efficiencies. It's so much harder than you would think. And then what you find is, you know, now you're working on this one part of your form and you're neglecting another part. You have to do and try your best to make it as natural as possible.
