The Importance of Verticalization in Healthcare

I don't think individual primary care docs can actually influence much if they're not organized in a larger entity. And so, yes, like that would be a world where I think you'd actually start to change things. Commercial employers are the ones that subsidize the healthcare system. But somehow, organizing the employer world, so they're taking risks. It's just, it's not their core business.
