The Metals Market and the Oil Market
The metals market is and I wrote about this last year when I started seeing bottoming in the metals market. The miners are a little bit of a mixed bag. Some miners will not perform as well as others. Newmont mining may have an issue. But if you want to just look at the general chart, my expectation is GDX should exceed 50 for example.
