It was assumed that we wouldn't check back on past employers to see how they were faring without us. If good faith failed, there was a thorough audot log of all employee behavior. The founders had implemented a product which tracked the customer data sets we looked at in the specific reports we ran. But nobody ever used the words incider trading. There was no policy on leaks. Not that we needed one. We were all, as the ceo liked to remind us, down for the cause.
