The Left's Fault Line in the Conservative Legal Movement

There's another fault line within the conservative legal movement. I think they figure out how to use judicial power well, but there is a lot of dissent and debate about exactly how that power should be executed. Primarily, I think the right has much deeper pockets when it comes to funding the type of organization that is the federal society.
