The Importance of Maintaining a One to Four Ratio of Trainer to Trainee
Group size wasn't much of an issue because in doing groups of eight to twelve we were maintaining a one to four ratio of trainer to trainees at all time. It was very chaotic i will say that and that's why that was one of the reasons why when we when we set it up for the franchise as we said listen guys we're just going to have you maintain the one to 4 ratio.
