The model that you developed for emotion intelligence has evolved over the passn 25 years. The four by four emerged as i thought more deeply about it. Within those four domains, this is something that i didn't write about in emotionl intelligence, ecause it came later. We have an assessment tool called the emotional social competence inventory to three sixtyor for developing further strength.
