The Silver Bullet in Culture
When you calibrate confidence and put a probability to your knowledge, is it allows people to reason more precisely together. So all of that noise that's happening about different ways that people see the world, suddenly you've got a language to codify that. And for us it is in decisions, or anything explanation is a generative act. When you step up to teaching you have to meet someone where they are, and you have to teach them why. Then when you're pitching you're actually getting them to join in. They actually are joining into this culture that you're creating.
