I think if you're a British Airways or a British gas, that's going to be lost in the noise because you are reliant upon Twitter for a lot of almost real time tech support and so forth. So I think there is certainly an element here of Elon's team throwing ideas out and just seeing how much people squeal and then adjusting as they go along. I guess as a reactive business model, it's as good as any. It was beautifully flat and effortless to understand. And now I don't have a bloody idea what's going on. Even if I put in the effort to learn it, I have no confidence at all. It would still be the same next week.
