The Legend of Sandy Flash
Sandy Flash was a highway man active during the Revolutionary War who kind of gained this notoriety as a sort of Robin Hood type figure. I believe he was finally tracked down at Square Tavern, which I believe is somewhere in Chester County or was at one point. It is rumored that you can see Sandy Flash's ghost riding at night sometimes.
