The Squid Baby by Danny Elfman
The squid baby is so awesome and cute and it really jumped out to me this time. The music is great too because it's just like oh this is also something that the movie can do is a legitimately sad and kind of pathetic loss. They know how to they know how to play with our with our minds man they fucking nail it. It ended up being CGI but Rick Baker really lobbied for the final fight with the bug for the bug to be practical and built an animatronic full size human sized bug. And they didn't use it. I want to see that thing. Yeah last or at least my last point on that front.
