How Did You Build a Two-Sided Marketplace?
Before microcard, he built another marketplace called podcast run told.com. It was an attempt to build a local food distribution marketplace where people from the city could buy like locally grown vegetables and stuff from outside the city in Berlin and back in Germany. He says his biggest advice for marketplace is focusing on the side. That's the most important or the hardest to really attract. "I just thought like I'd scratch my own itch," said Microcard of launching Podcast Run Tell.
