Jack Daniels Wins the Rogers Test Case

CNN's John Sutter says he thinks the Supreme Court will go with its gut instinct. The case is likely to be sent back to the district court, where it could get a new ruling onRogers test. That would be a win for Jack Daniels but without any guidance on that issue, Sutter says.
