Getting Feedback From People Who Work for You

I got lots of good feedback stories from people who worked for me. I haven't even seen dave in probably ten years, but dave saves me once a week from sending any mail i shouldn't send. Nobody watches you as closely as the people who work for yu. So if you are thinking about giving feedback to your boss, your boss may be grateful for it for the rest of his or her life.
