How to Prep for a Management Presentation
The key to getting the best information or the right information oftentimes is kind of relationship building and building rapport with the management. So as we're prepping for a meeting, that's obviously the very top of mind for us at Parker Gail: Who are these people? How do they get there? That type of thing. We want the management team to think, oh, that was a worthwhile meeting. And so we spent a lot of time thinking about, OK, how would you do that? And is that possible in this market opportunity?
