There is a gross imbalance in the amount of power that these the people who at least have this data have over the people who are being labeled. There were cases there's a case I talk about in China where someone got where a corrupt administrator labeled someone as I think under quarantine when they weren't. That actually turned into a big scandal and the person was I think disciplined and sent to jail or something. So can you create systems in which that sort of stigmatizing and gang like mentality is less likely? Well if you take non targeted steps to try to, you know, to break up really ossified like ideological and and and fanaticized clusters you can you might be able to help that
