i love what you said about sort of this hierarchy of values or desires, because i think that's another piece that is so challenging to work through. And i think the corollary to that is to sometimes remember the desire. I have a value of doing this, and thus i want to do it because it's important to me. Then it re orients me towards the whole experience,. So sort of going back and reflecting on the fact that i do want to do this, it is a want. It is a desire of mine.
