How to Avoid Tokenism
Overwatch has a huge problem with player toxicity and voice communication. What they're trying right now is basically incentivizing the opposite. They do have like a punishment system, which just comes down to frustrating bad players. There's always been this kind of issue of people from positions going white, white, white savior narrative. I think I learned from people at Teach for America, because they have to make sure they're weeding out people with savior narrative in classrooms.
