Network Neuroscience and the History of Curiosity

In the history of philosophy, curiosity has been seen as an individual capacity to acquire knowledge. But in network neuroscience, we see it as a practice of connection. When we are curious, we want to connect what we know right now with what we are about to know. So this, I think, is a much richer understanding of curiosity and lets us ask much more interesting questions.
