i wonder if both of you andies have advice to people who ere job seeking and or on the job market right now. Ivent ive been thinking about this in preparation for this podcast, tat, i don't want to come across thi ente licke, everything is terrible. So i think it's really important to remember that in the final analysis, it's not about you. You are off em and the universitys kind of fluck. And so preparing a job talk well and making sure that you leave enough time to shine in a formal conversation after the presentation is really important.
