Introduction
In 20 15, russia state television broadcast the news that, thanks to ice melting in the arctic, russian territory had grown by ten square metrs. Russia still has border conflicts with several of its smaller neighbors. It lacks a border agreement with estonia and the conflict over the koreel islands remains the biggest problem for russian japanese relations. To day, it regards itself as one of the oldest remaining empires in the world. In russia, expansion is often regarded as a means of self defence. The country never gives up territories if it's not up against the wall.
