Revivals Are Getting Amped Up a Little Bit
LZ Granderson: I think it's fascinating to know that perhaps the expressions are escalating a little bit and getting amped up. And edging out into some of the more edgier revival territory. He says Charles Finney was all about setting the stage with prescriptive practices to create revival moments. LZ: There's always a weird tension even in groups that do all of those things because they want to say on the one hand, this is all God, this is just us,. But they also want to set the stage so as many people as possible can be inspired by them.
