I think we have to give up classic Presbyterianism in terms of church state relations but that more modern version exemplified in Scotland and picked up for example by the United Reform Church. So it's entirely consistent with what I call Christian Democratic where as the Church of England's established status is not so you know it still retains traces of exclusive privilege.
