Is There a Three Quarks in a Proton?

i keep in my mind guessing there's some e equals m c squared connection going on here, that the powerful interactions are associated with some large amount of energy. The lie we tell, and i already said it earlier, is that there are three quarks inside each proton and each neutron. We tell this lie when we're in high school. Physics is all about telling lies when you're young,. realizing things are a bit more complicated s as you grow older.
