How Do You, as a Parent, Monitor Your Kids?

I have to pay restitution, which is 13 hundred. Every time i t i have to be supervised. I can't tell you how many sell pones i've confiscated from him because he still tries to get on ther. After this whole incident with him, the school changed a whole computer policy. On school year started. My other kids came back with he i o d letters that we always it every year. It had completely changed. And it was funny, because a lot of things they had put in, that mimic kiss kate and so like othey changed that because of my child. But it didn't ange how they plan to deal with if another child like mine comes through
