The Importance of Transition
The whole issue of just transition or people's transition is fortunately also now becoming something that we discuss in the cup process. You might have heard of the Jet Peace collaboration, just energy transition partnerships. They are mainly focused on coal, facing out of coal in Indonesia, Vietnam and South Africa. I think this model where it's a little bit different groups of countries in these three instances, in these three cases, but it's the European Union, Denmark, other countries, the UK, other countries are involved. It's extremely important. Until we solve that problem, what ends up happening is that fossil fuel lock-in remains. We need to find a way to unlock that.
