Getting Back on Schedule at the End of the Day

We need to make sure that we're on a regular basis getting the high quality, rejuvenative sleep that our bodies really desire and deserve. Just one night of temporary sleep det we see an increase in brain derived neurotropic factor (B d and f) which is protective over your brain and your neurons. If you stretch that out over a few more days, weeks, even months, many of us in our culture to day are depriving ourselves of sleep. I so please be mindful of all these things and utilize these strategies to create the health, the well being and the life that you truly deserve.
