AWS Security Architecture - How to Find the Risk Independently From a Risk Matrix?

I definitely define services are secured based on risk level as well. Less people do it now because I don't know exactly why. But it's very important to find the risk independently from a meter attack matrix or whatever and know your risk. And that's why you need to deep dive into the services as well. We should focus more on the framework, the security framework that we've been putting into place into the cloud than really the applications themselves.
