Founders - Start Questioning the Default
The first thing I always recommend to new founders is just start questioning the default. We've been so ingrained in one way of working and one way of thinking for so long that this is going to be a recurring question. Just do tiny little changes treated as an experiment. You're not going to be at your best self if you have to get up every day at eight a.m. or 9 p.m. If you are more of a night owl, don't force yourself to go into work when it's too late. It could potentially stand in the way of establishing like an equal culture in a company.
