Are You Going to Jump Off a Cliff?

The first thing i would say is to start to pay attention and make a list of all the things that you do to avoid feeling your feelings. So just take an inventory of what are those behaviors? Riht, whether it's like, i really want to be fit and healthy, and i blow off going to the gem. I put that down, right? It's like writing an inventory flik. What are the things i'm doing that are taging the goals that i have for myself and who i actually want to be,. how i want to show up in the world?
