How Does Ariac Magically Update the UI?

Ariac is a tool used by data scientists to update their plots in real-time. It can be set up so that only the most important changes are sent into browser. Ariac then takes over and does it magic updates the UI correct. The app looks more like flasks than an actual app, but there's still some work to do.
